Combining her life long love for music and her hometown, Reina Danzy created fromchicagototheworld in the Summer of 2021. The platform began a way for her to share her favorite music and playlists with her friends, but has since grown into  a budding community that is dedicated to uplifting local Chicago artists, Chicago’s extensive Hip-Hop history, and the city’s culture. Using playlisting and an ongoing Q&A series, The Tap In, Fromchicagototheworld has spotlighted some of the city’s brightest talents. The platform has one goal in mind and that is to draw attention to Chicago’s talent and culture.

As fromchicagototheworld continues to grow, Reina has hopes of throwing events and collaborating with more artists and brands around the city!
